1. Agreement to Terms
By creating an account or accessing the Tarz HMS platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms govern all subscriptions, including 24-hour evaluation trials, 6-Month, and 1-Year plans.
2. Subscription & Payments
Hospital subscriptions are billed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to applicable GST (18%). Services are activated immediately upon payment verification. Setup fees cover initial cloud tenant provisioning and onboarding support.
3. Service Level Agreement (SLA)
We provide a 99.99% cloud availability target for production instances, excluding scheduled maintenance windows announced in advance.
