Tarz HMS ("we", "our", or "us") provides cloud-based hospital management software as a service (SaaS) for healthcare organizations. We are committed to protecting the privacy, confidentiality, and security of patient healthcare information and customer organizational data.

2. Healthcare Data Ownership & Multi-Tenancy

Each hospital organization maintains 100% exclusive ownership of all patient demographics, clinical notes, prescriptions, laboratory reports, and financial transactions stored in its dedicated tenant database. Tarz HMS does not sell, market, or share patient health records with third parties.

3. Security Safeguards & Encryption

We implement industry-standard cryptographic controls including AES-256 bit encryption at rest and TLS 1.3 encryption in transit. Role-based access control enforces least-privilege principles across staff accounts.
